| 摘 要： | 为更好地适应基因工程技术的不断发展,开设《基因工程实验技术》,使其从《基因工程》实验教学中独立出来。通过5年来在教学实践中积累的经验和体会,对实验平台、教学体系和设置“必+选”实验模式等内容进行了充实和改革,并取得了一定的教学效果。

| Abstract: | In order to better adapt to the continuous development of genetic engineering,the experimental technology of genetic engineering was set up to make it independent from the experimental teaching of genetic engineering.Through the experience and experience accumulated in teaching practice in the past five years,the experimental platform,teaching system and the setting of optional experiments have been enriched and reformed,and some teaching effects have been achieved. |
