| 摘 要： | 高校思想政治教育管理是我国高等学校教育管理的重要组成部分,大学生思想政治教育管理的效果如何,直接影响思想政治教育教学工作的实际效果,高校思想政治教育管理过程中,应以“怎样培养学生、怎样培养人”作为管理的切入点,建立完善的思想政治教育管理体制和评价机制。文章在浅析思想政治教育管理中存在的问题的基础上提出了加强思想政治教育管理的有效对策。

| Abstract: | The management of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is an important part of the management of education in our country.The effect of the management of ideological and political education of college students directly affects the effectiveness of ideological and political education.In the process of the management of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,we should take"how to train students and how to train people"as the breakthrough point of management and establish a perfect management system and evaluation mechanism of ideological and political education.On the basis of exploring the current situation of ideological and political education and the current situation of ideological and political education management,this paper puts forward effective countermeasures to strengthen the management of ideological and political education. |
