论生态学视角下高校青年教师专业发展的问题与推进策略

摘    要:青年教师处于事业的起步阶段,国家和高校需要关注其专业发展。文章从教师专业发展的现状、岗位培训制度、教师评价制度和专业发展环境等方面分析了高校青年教师专业发展过程中存在的问题,并基于教育生态学理论,提出推进高校青年教师专业发展的相关策略,以期提高我国高校青年教师的专业素质,促进高校的健康发展。

Abstract:New teachers are in the early stages of their career,our government and universities need pay attention to their professional development.Here,we analyze the problems of new teachers'professional development from current state,job training system,teacher evaluation system and professional development environment.According to the ecological theory of education,we proposed solutions to improve new teachers'professional development.Therefore,build an appropriate environment for university new teachers and promote the healthy development of universities.
