| 摘 要： | 《运输组织管理》是物流管理专业开设的专业主干课,是一门集运输组织管理基础知识和操作能力、理论知识和应用能力并重的综合性课程。是物流管理专业主干课程之一,传统的教学方式已不能满足现阶段人才培养的要求。文章运用成果导向教学的理念指导《运输组织管理》课程改革,明确课程的教学目标(成果),实现物流管理专业应用型人才培养的目标。

| Abstract: | "Transportation Organization Management" is a major course for logistics management majors.It is a comprehensive course that combines basic knowledge and operation ability of transportation organization management,as well as theoretical knowledge and application ability.Logistics management is one of the major courses;the traditional teaching methods cannot meet the current requirements of personnel training.This paper applies the concept of results-oriented teaching to guide the course reform of "Transportation Organization and Management",clarifies the teaching objectives(results) of the course,and realizes the goal of cultivating application-oriented talents for logistics management major. |
