摘    要:以提高人才培养质量为出发点,实现高等教育内涵式发展是新时代中国特色社会主义对高等教育的核心要求。由于高校的类型和层次不同,构建与高等教育质量保障相区别的、“以生为本”的高等教育质量评价体系,对地方高校提高教育质量,实现内涵式发展具有重要意义。因此,从学生满意度、学生教学参与和教育功能性等三个方面构建评价指标体系。

Abstract:Taking the improvement of talent training quality as the starting point to realize the connotative development of higher education is the core requirement of higher education for socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Due to the different types of colleges and universities,the establishment of a"student-oriented"higher education quality evaluation system,which is different from the guarantee of higher education quality,is of great significance for local colleges and universities to improve the education quality and achieve connotative development.Therefore,the evaluation index system is constructed from three aspects:student satisfaction,student teaching participation and educational function.
