| 摘 要： | 新时期国家进一步明确高校加强师德师风建设的总体要求。对照新时期新要求,当前高校师德师风建设在制度环境、行政管理、教师群体和教师个体等层面还存在一些突出问题。结合有关要求和高校师德师风建设现状,提出高校加强师德师风建设的基本思路,明确了规则警引、价值领引、典型带引、文化倡引四项具体措施,为高校全面推进、系统落实师德师风建设工作提供参考。

| Abstract: | In the new era,the country has further clarified the general requirements for strengthening ethics construction in colleges and universities.In contrast to the new requirements in the new period,there are still some problems in the system,administration,teacher groups and individual teachers in the construction of teacher ethics.Combined with the requirements and the status quo of the construction of teacher ethics in universities,this paper puts forward the basic ideas of strengthening the construction of teacher ethics in universities,clarifies four specific measures,namely,polices,value-oriented guides,examples and cultural initiatives,and provides references for comprehensively and systematically implementing the construction of teacher ethics in universities. |
