摘    要:内蒙古自治区肿瘤生物治疗协同创新中心构建"同心圆"的管理模式,发挥科技创新、临床转化的能力。医学遗传学是与医学有密切关系的一门学科,在临床中占据重要的地位。因此,该文作者结合其所在学校医学遗传学教学现状与存在的问题,在肿瘤生物治疗协同创新跨学科人才培养模式下初步构建了医学遗传学理论与实践、临床、科研有机地结合的人才培养体系,教学改革取得明显成效。

Abstract:The collaborative innovation center of tumor biotherapy of Inner Mongolia autonomous region has established the management mode of"concentric circle",giving play to the ability of scientific and technological innovation and clinical transformation.Medical genetics is a subject closely related to medicine and occupies an important position in clinical practice.Therefore,in combination with the current situation and existing problems of medical genetics teaching in our school,a talent training system combining medical genetics theory with practice,clinical practice and scientific research was initially constructed under the collaborative innovation interdisciplinary talent training model of tumor biotherapy,and the teaching reform achieved significant results.
