| 摘 要： | 家风家教作为影响人类个体成长与发展的关键因素,在学校人才培养工作中一直具有非常重要的意义,对于以培养优秀党员干部人才为核心工作目标的干部学院来说,家风家教教育显得尤为重要。为此,本文对家风家教对干部学院思想政治教育的意义进行了分析,并围绕优良家风教育融入干部学院思想政治教育提出了一些较为可行的建议,希望能对新时期党员干部的家风家教建设发挥一定的帮助作用。

| Abstract: | Excellent family tradition and family education as the key factors influencing the human individual growth and development,has always been of great significance in the school's talent cultivation work.For cadre institutes whose core goal is to train excellent Party members and cadres,family tradition and family education are particularly important.To this end,this article analyzes the significance of family tradition and family education to the ideological and political education of the cadre institutes,and puts forward some feasible suggestions on the integration of excellent family tradition and family education into the ideological and political education of the cadre institute.It is hoped to play a certain role in helping the construction of the family tradition and family education of Party members and cadres in the new era. |
