新工科背景下化工安全复合型人才培养研究

摘    要:文章通过分析我国化工安全复合型人才的培养现状,揭示将化工工艺与安全融合发展的必然趋势,分享全国首个化工安全工程本科专业的创新型人才培养模式,提出“政府政策为指导,高校设计为核心,行业推进为支撑,学生参与为提升”的协同育人理念,构建了多学科协同和多平台协同的育人机制,总结形成了包含“具备的知识与能力、课程体系、师资力量、教学方式、教学资源建设”在内的培养方案和两个国际化培养。论文对相关高校培养新工科背景下的化工安全复合型人才有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the current cultivation of the hybrid chemical engineering safety talents in China,revealed the inevitable trend in the development of combining chemical engineering with safety,and shared the mode of the first innovative talent training for the undergraduate program of chemical engineering safety in China.The study proposed the concept of social policy as the guide,the planning of the university as the core,the promotion of the industry as the support,and the participation of the students as the promotion.The mode constructed the multi-disciplinary collaborative education mechanism and the multi-platform collaborative education mechanism and consolidated the training program of"knowledge and ability,curriculum,faculty strength,teaching methods,teaching resources"and two international training.The paper has certain reference significance for the chemical safety compound talents under the background of training emerging engineering education talents in relevant universities.
