| 摘 要： | 研究型大学是一个学术组织。研究型大学作为学术组织的特征来源于大学的基本职能,研究型大学应该成为保障和讲究学术自由的组织,而不应该是一个行政化的组织。研究型大学作为一个民主组织应保障大学自治的实现。作为民主组织的研究型大学,应当建立完善的内部治理结构,建构起符合大学法人性质的法人机关。研究型大学同时是一种松散式的组织,大学内部有着不同的自治组织,也有不同的财团组织。这些组织对保持大学本身一定程度的独立,既相互独立,又保持一定程度的相互联合。
