| 摘 要： | 进入新世纪,教育部颁布的《基础教育课程改革纲要》启动了基础教育新课程改革,使新理念下的未来教师培养成为人们关注的热点。毋庸置疑,本次课改将使我国教师队伍发生一次历史性的变革,高等师范院校作为培养未来教师的重要基地面临着诸多新的挑战。本文对现阶段物理师范生培养的现状、问题进行初步探讨,提出了高师院校物理师范生培养的有效策略。
