大学学部制改革的四维解析

摘    要:大学学部制是大学以优化学术权力生态为价值取向的理想化制度安排,它内含了知识变迁对基层学术组织转型的要求。文章从价值取向、逻辑支撑、理论基础和体制安排四个维度分析了学部制改革的合理性。在具体改革实践中,各高校应充分考虑各学部学科性质差异、院系历史沿革等不同情况,防止将一种操作实践认同为一种主流的改革范式,避免不同高校、同一高校中不同学部改革过程中的趋同发展。

An Analysis on the Reform of University Division System from Four Dimensions

Abstract:University division system is the idealized system design which takes the ecological optimiza- tion of academic power as the value orientation, and it contains the demand that basic academic organization transform adapt to knowledge changes. The paper analyzes the rationality of the reform on the division system from four dimensions: value orientation, logical support, theoretical basis, and system arrangement. In the detailed reform and practice, universities and colleges should take into consideration different situation including the different disciplines of divisions, and the historical evolution of school and department, prevent the thought that taking a kind of practice as a mainstream reform paradigm, and avoid the phenomenon that convergent development in different universities and colleges, and different divisions of the same universities and colleges.
