| 摘 要： | 文章提出专业结构调整是高等学校提高质量的基础和前提,是形成高校办学特色、提高自主创新能力的需要,也是提高人才培养质量、满足经济社会发展的需要。高校应遵循主动适应社会经济发展,遵循规模与质量并重、讲求效益、突出特色等原则,从合理规划本校专业布局与结构、加强优势特色专业建设、注重专业内涵建设、完善专业设置机制、改造提升传统专业和基础学科专业等策略入手,实施专业结构调整。
