| 摘 要： | 现代女大学生创业过程中主要存在如下心理问题:自我认知不准,创业意识淡薄;存在畏难心理,创业体验匮乏和依赖心理重,创业心理品质不良。通过开发女大学生的心理资本,预防和调适她们创业中的心理问题,促进其自我认知,帮助她们树立希望、培养乐观心态、提高自我效能感、提升创业韧性,能有效提升她们在就业创业中的竞争优势。

| Abstract: | These problems in the psychology of modern female college students exist in the entrepreneurial process as inaccurate self-awareness,weak entrepreneurial awareness,being afraid of difficulties,lack of venture experience,psychological dependence and poor venture psychological quality.Through the development of the psychological capital of female students,this paper aims to prevent and adjust the psychological problems in their entrepreneurship,to promote their self-perception,to help them to establish hope,to cultivate optimistic mentality as well as to enhance self-efficacy and entrepreneurial toughness so as to effectively enhance their competitive advantages in the employment and entrepreneurship. |
