| 摘 要： | 在党中央确立的建设创新型国家的战略及西部大开发的背景下,构建区域创新体系,增强创新能力,成为西部地区利用"后发优势",实现跨越式发展的重要途径。文章分析了西部地区创新能力的整体状况及存在问题,并提出相关措施建议。
