| 摘 要： | 运用专家访谈法、文献资料法及笔者多年的运动训练实践,以现代运动训练为研究对象,对现代运动训练中运动素质转移与运动项目迁移的关系进行分析。得到结果表明：运动员在训练中速度、力量等运动素质之间具有高度的相关性,两者水平的提高是相互依存、互为促进的关系。
