| 摘 要： | 本文作者运用绩效动态分析方法对我国职业教育实施弹性学习制度问题进行了较深入的探讨。认为弹性学习制度应体现培养目标的多元化、评价及学分认可的弹性、修业时间的伸缩性、学习时空的灵活性、多种证书的并举等特点;实施弹性学习制度需要更新教育观念、解决资源需求矛盾、转换内部运行机制、营造良好的外部环境、调动广大师生的积极性等。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the elastic study in vocational education. By employing achievement-efficiency-analysis, it points out the characteristics of elastic study: pluralism in study aim; elasticity in credit, assessment,study period: feasibility in space and time; various certificates available. At last, the paper holds that the change of edu-cational concept, the solution of resource requirement, the transmission of interior mechanism, the creation of exterior en-vironment, the stimulation of teachers and students are all contributing to the elastic study. |
