| 摘 要： | 通过对湖南省高职学院体育师资队伍、体育场馆设施条件、体育课程的开设、体育教学等方面进行了调查与分析，提出以就业为导向进行高职体育课程体系改革，设置适合学生未来职业特点的实用性体育课程，开展职业实用性体育教育，以就业为导向构建高职特色的职业实用性体育课程体系。
