| 摘 要： | 目前高校图书馆的建设已经普遍数字化,而且参考咨询服务也逐步走向数字化服务,参考咨询服务已然成为图书馆重点服务项目了。当今社会发展下,图书馆发展的明显特征就是创新发展,其发展的本质也是创新发展,对现有参考咨询服务实行创新是图书馆重点考虑的问题,也是图书馆发展趋向所指。本文就如何进行图书馆参考咨询服务的创新进行阐述。
