| 摘 要： | 随着互联网技术的飞速发展，计算机网络在各个领域应用的普及，利用计算机网络来辅助完成人们日常的工作学习已经是大势所趋，计算机作为知识经济时代的产物，已被广泛应用于社会各个行业和领域，公共机房几乎担任了学校全部的计算机公共课程的上机实践、考试和等级考试等工作，同时也是学生在网上选课、了解学校新闻、收发邮件、查看通知、成绩等信息的重要场所。因此，机房管理是否完善直接涉及到学生多门课程的学习，在一定程度上反映了学校给学生提供的信息环境状况和学校的信息化程度，其重要性是不可忽视的。目前，高校的建设日趋信息化，机房管理是高校管理工作中非常重要的一环。对于高校机房管理而言，保证其运作的稳定、效率、安全已经变成一个重要的问题。
