| 摘 要： | 目前,成人高校图书馆面临经费投入不足、管理制度不完善、书籍管理不规范、图书管理人员素质不高、服务意识与方式滞后等问题。本文对上述问题进行了分析,就进一步加强成人高校图书馆管理工作提出了几点粗浅的看法。

| Abstract: | At present, the library of adult's university faces the fund input insufficiently, management system improve, books manage unstandard, quality high, issue, consciousness of service and person who lag behind of way, administrative staff of books. This text go on, analyze to described above problem what time does it put forward elementary view on further strengthening the work of management of library of adult's university. |
