| 摘 要： | 法的功能是法对人们的行为及社会关系和社会生活发生的影响。经济法的社会功能在整体上表现为一种协调功能。这种协调功能决定了经济法的地位,即(1)相对于其他实体法律部门而言,经济法是一门具有独立性的边缘性学科。(2)相对于整个法律体系而言,经济法可以协调传统实体法律部门调整社会关系各领域所产生的冲突。

| Abstract: | The function of Law is the influence taking place in behavior , social relationships and social life on people of the law. The social function of the economic law is shown as a kind of coordination function on the whole . Determine this kinds of coordination functions status of economic law,namely (1) as to law departments of other entities, the economic law is a edge discipline with independence . (2)As to whole legal system, the economic law can coordinate the law department of traditional entity and adjust the conflict that every field of the social relationships produces . |
