| 摘 要： | 电工电子实践教学作为数控、电子信息类工科专业的学生能力培养的必要环节,对于培养具有工程能力和创新精神的电工电子类人才起关键性的作用。提出电工电子实践教学以行业的需求为导向,以岗位所必需的能力为依据,树立以创新能力培养为中心的思想,对开放教育电工电子实践教学的模式进行了探索与实践。
