| 摘 要： | 预防犯罪需要采用多种措施,运用各种手段。从犯罪意识的产生、犯意的强化、到犯罪行为的着手实施的各个阶段进行预防,能够有效地减少犯罪;同样,采取一定的措施,从防止被害的角度着手,加强防范而使有犯罪倾向的人无机可乘、犯罪行为无法实施,也能达到减少犯罪的目的。经过深入研究可以发现,防止被害不但有必要,而且切实可行。因此,被害预防应该成为预防犯罪的另一种途径。

| Abstract: | Preventing the crime has to take varied means, resorting to every channel, prevention should be taken in every stage, from the producing and intensifying of the crime awareness to the acting of the crimal behaviour. To do so, it can effectively lessen the crime. Similarly, adopting certain measures to take strong prevention from the angle of victim, it will thwart the opportunity of crimal-apt to commit a crime, which can achieve the purpose of lessening the crime as wen. Through the profound resiarch, it's found that preventing been victimized is not only necessary, but also workable. Therefore, victim prevention should be another approach to prevent crime. |
