摘    要:基于心理学家大卫·C·麦克利兰提出胜任力以及借鉴加拿大教育家提出的CBE职业技术教育模式,提出人力资源管理内容模块化,采取案例教学、情景模拟教学、多媒体教学、实践教学等手段构成的教学法体系,实现对学生职业胜任力的培养。

Abstract:Based on competence proposed by the psychologist David C.McCleUand as well as the CBE model of vocational and technical education proposed by educators from Canada, the article proposes to modularize human resource management teaching content, use the teaching method system including the case teaching, Scenario simulation teaching, multi-me4dia teaching, practice teaching, to bring up students' professional competence.
