| 摘 要： | 基于心理学家大卫·C·麦克利兰提出胜任力以及借鉴加拿大教育家提出的CBE职业技术教育模式，提出人力资源管理内容模块化，采取案例教学、情景模拟教学、多媒体教学、实践教学等手段构成的教学法体系，实现对学生职业胜任力的培养。
