| 摘 要： | 随着改革开放的深入发展,社会经济日新月异,我国高校的内外环境也在不断的发生变化,高校各种各样的突发事件也是时有发生,不仅影响学校正常的管理和教学,也对社会造成不良的影响和隐患。本文在分析高校突发事件的形成原因和目前应急管理机制存在的问题的基础上,对高校突发事件的应急管理创新做进一步的探讨和分析。

| Abstract: | With the far development of the opening-reformation and the recovering of the social economy,the outer and inner environments of higher institutions get changes constantly,which in some ways leads to the incidents happened.Surely,it not only influences the institutions’ management and teachings,also makes negative affects on society.This article starts from analyzing the reasons and problems of the incidents formation,expounds the proposals to the incidents emergency management. |
