| 摘 要： | 如何培养大学生终身体育意识是高校在体育教育改革时必须重视及思考的问题。本文针对高校培养学生终身体育的意义,提出培养大学生终身体育意识的途径与方法,以激发和培养学生对体育锻炼的兴趣和爱好,让学生逐渐形成终身体育锻炼的意识和习惯。

| Abstract: | How to develop the sense of lifelong sports among college students is the problem that universities must take into consideration in the physical education reform.On the basis of significance of cultivating college students sense of lifelong sports,this paper presents the strategies and methods,in the hope of arousing and developing the students＇ interests in sports,and helping the forming of sense and habits of lifelong sports among college students. |
