| 摘 要： | 民间外交是一国总体外交的重要组成部分。我国非常重视民间外交的发展，然而当前我国民间外交仍然存在很多的缺陷与不足，以致我国民间外交的发展水平仍与外交强国有较大差距。本文认为，完善我国的民间外交体系，加强民间外交自身建设以及实现官方外交和民间外交的良性互动将是我国增强民间外交实力的必要步骤。
