| 摘 要： | 高校学生干部是学生思想政治教育和日常行为管理的中坚力量,在加强学校学风建设、团队建设等方面都有着不可忽视的作用。但是,现今的高校学生干部队伍仍存在政治理论水平偏低、工作欠缺创新性等问题。拥有一支业务能力强、作风过硬的学生干部队伍,能更好的开展大学生思想政治教育,有利于实现大学生的自我教育和自我管理,以及创新高校学生管理的工作方法。
