| 摘 要： | 随着电子档案的大量产生，电子档案的管理比起纸质档案的管理尤显重要，文章从实践出发，把电子文件在信息传输、处理的优势与纸质文件的法律凭证效片和原始记录优势进行对比，在现行档案管理工作中纸质档案与电子档案两者只有有机地结合起来，相互补充，才能更好地完成档案管理工作。

| Abstract: | With the appearance of e - archives, the management of e - archives is more important than that of paper - archives. This paper compares the advantage of e - archives in information transmission with the advantage of paper - archives in legal validity and recording originality. It concludes that the combination of the two can make the management of archives successful. |
