| 摘 要： | 公民政治参与是现代民主国家的基本标志,它是维护国家政治稳定、实现人民当家作主的重要途径。我国公民政治参与的法治化必须解决:通过立法健全政治体制、完善政治参与主体立法、提供公民多种政治参与途径、加强司法制度特别是重视程序法改革。

| Abstract: | The citizen politics participation is the modern democratic country basic symbol, it is defends the national politics to be stable, to realize the important way which the people is master of own affairs. Our country citizen politics participation government by law must solve: Through the legislation perfect political system, the consummation politics participation main body legislation, provides the citizen the many kinds of political participation way, strengthens the legal system specially takes the procedural law reform. |
