| 摘 要： | 本文从计算机信息技术和外语教育理论入手,试图探讨21世纪外语教学信息化改革的必要性、可行性和理论依据。由于现代信息技术的应用和普及,我国的外语教学从内容到方法,从组织形式到对象范围,都面临着重新考虑和定位的问题。没有适应信息时代需要的新型外语教育,没有大批高素质外语人才的涌现,我国信息化建设的目标是难以实现的。作者认为应充分利用信息化的大好时机和现代信息技术的巨大潜力,积极推进外语教学改革。

| Abstract: | With the application and popularization of modern information technology, a new model of foreign language teaching (FLT) of our country should be put into an agenda. This paper disserts necessity, feasibility and theoretical foundation of FLT information infrastructure reform with a focus on computer information technology and education theory of foreign language. Its construction is impossible without modern new - type of foreign language education as well as talents of foreign language. The author appeals that we should make full use of the golden time of information infrastructure and develop the potential of modern information technology to put forward the reform of foreign language teaching. |
