| 摘 要： | 权力腐败是指公共权力的行使者,违背公共权力行使的应有宗旨、界限、目标和科学依据,用公共权力为个人及亲朋和小集团谋取私利,严重侵害国家、人民利益和社会秩序的行为。反权力腐败要在权力优化、权力主体素质提高、权力约束、权力监督四个方面下功夫。

| Abstract: | The corrvopt of power means the people who have awthority to exercise public power, violates the basic principle, limits, aims and scientific basis, to abstarin profits for his own relatives and small clique, infringment of profits of the nation, the people and public order. To oppose it must devote time and energy to the 4 pants:Optimizate of power, improle the quality of the principal pant, restrain and supervise of power. |
