| 摘 要： | 根据人力资本理论,高等教育可视为一种能改善个人未来收入状况的“资本品”.高等教育投资对于个人而言,是一种投入较大的投资活动.随着高等教育大众化时代的到来,在学费攀升、社会经济通货膨胀率提高、就业市场萎缩等因素的影响下,个人教育成本提高、收益降低、投资风险相应增大.为规避高等教育个人投资风险,保持社会经济稳定发展,投资者个人、高校和政府都应积极采取应对措施降低风险发生的概率.

| Abstract: | According to the theory of human capital, higher education can be regarded as a kind of ＂capital goods＂ which can improve personal income in the future. To avoid investment risks, and maintain social stability and economic development, individual investors, colleges and universities, and government should take active measures to reduce the probability of risk occurrences. |
