| 摘 要： | 学术不端文献检测系统是世界反学术不端行为的一把利器。但是系统的智能程度不高,经常会出现检测盲区,因此期刊编辑不能简单、机械地依据文字复制比的高低来判断来稿能否通过初审,而应根据系统的检测结果,发挥主观能动性,并借助多种手段来作判断,保证期刊的学术质量和学术水平。

| Abstract: | Academic misconduct literature check system is a powerful weapon for the world against academic misconduct.But its intelligent degree is not high and often causes the non-detection zone.Therefore,the editors can＇t simply judge whether the thesis is past a preliminary review by copy text ratio from academic misconduct literature check system,but based on the check result,and with the help of various means,the editors should make judgment by playing the subjective initiative to ensure the quality and level of academic journals. |
