| 摘 要： | 综述了多工序制造过程质量偏差流的主要研究方法，即状态空间建模方法和统计过程控制方法，评述了两种研究方法的建模思想、在过程监测和故障诊断方面的应用以及局限性。

| Abstract: | The main research methods on stream of variation in multistage manufacturing processes are summarized in this paper ,w hich include the state space modeling method and the statistical process control method .The modeling ideas ,the application scope for process monitoring and process diagnosis are re-viewed ,in terms of the limitations of two methods . |
