| 摘 要： | 党的执政能力的不断完善和提高是社会主义政治文明建设的根本保证。中国共产党自觉加强党的执政能力建设是对共产党执政规律、社会主义建设规律和人类社会发展规律的深刻领会与具体实践。市场经济是加强党的执政能力建设的逻辑起点;世界历史是加强党的执政能力建设的历史方位;社会利益整合是加强党的执政能力建设的重中之重;以人为本是加强党的执政能力建设的必然归宿。

| Abstract: | The improvement of Party's capability of administration guarantees the construction of socialist political civilization.The conscious effort to improve the capability of administration is a process to understand and practise the rules of administration,the rules of socialist construction and the rules of social development.With market economy as the starting point,the construction of Party's capability of administration must be carried out in the context of world history and focused on the socialist interests in the spirit of human beings. |
