| 摘 要： | 公共图书馆是一个公益性机构,具有一定的公益性、均等性、便利快捷性等社会性职能。为了更好地发挥公共图书馆的社会职能,必须建立均衡的公共图书馆制度供给机制,进一步完善城市公共图书馆的服务体系,并在农村建立农家书屋,缩小城乡之间的差距,使公众充分享受到政府带来的公共文化服务,从而最终实现公共图书馆信息资源一体化建设的目标。

| Abstract: | The public library is a public welfare organization with social functions,such as nonprofit-making,public service,quickness,convenience,etc.In order to achieve these social functions,a balanced public library supply system must be established to improve the urban public library service system.Reading rooms should be set up in rural areas to reduce the gap between rural and urban areas,so that the public may fully enjoy the cultural service provided by the government.As a result,the goal to build the integrated information resources in public libraries will be achieved. |
