| 摘 要： | 美国历史上的西部开发取得了巨大的成功,其原因是多方面的,其中,联邦政府起到了积极的推动作用。在美国西部开发中,联邦政府采取的一系列措施——如政府行为的领土扩张、交通运输建设及吸引移民移居西部的鼓励性措施,都起到了极大的推动性作用。而这对于当前我国的西部大开发而言,有着一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The success in developing the West in American history results from mutiple reasons,among which the function played by the Federal government is a posive one.In the development of the West,the government has adopted a series of measures which include the territorial expansion made by the government,the construction of transportation infrastructure and encouragement of emigrants to the West.These measures in a sense are useful for our current development of the western part in China. |
