| 摘 要： | 推动农业的现代化,推动农村社会的转型,促进农民的全面发展,实现广大农民从传统农民向现代公民的跨跃,已经成为国家的重大战略任务和现代化建设自觉的价值追求。由于文化在经济、社会与人自身发展中的地位日益凸显,文化与经济相互交融,农村文化建设将成为解决＂三农＂问题的突破口。
