枇杷仁中苦杏仁苷乙醇提取工艺研究

摘    要:研究了优选枇杷仁苦杏仁苷提取工艺。在初试的基础上,采用正交试验法对影响苦杏仁苷提取工艺的因素进行了研究。结果表明,提取次数对枇杷仁苦杏仁苷提取率的影响最显著。通过正交实验,优选枇杷仁苦杏仁苷的提取工艺为:加入6倍量体积的60!乙醇,90"条件下加热回流提取3次,每次提取lh。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To optimize extract technology for amygdalin from Loquat kernel. METHODS Based on the preliminary result of screening test,The extraction conditions of amygdalin from Loquat kernel were optimized by orthogonal design. RESULTS Extraction numbers significantly effected on yield. CONCLUSION The optimum extraction conditions were decided to 6 times of 60% ethanol to extract 3 times,1 h once and 90℃.
