| 摘 要： | 采用文献法、专家访谈法、专家问卷调查法、逻辑分析法,就20世纪80年代以来莆田田径运动滑坡的主要因素进行社会学分析。研究表明:影响莆田田径运动滑坡的主要因素包括:家长对子女的就业期望值提高,运动员的文化程度和职业技能难以满足就业需要,原有进运动队所带来的城市户口、就业等待遇消失,现行田径运动人才发现、培养和输送激励机制不完善。 |

| Abstract: | With the help of the methodology of philology,experts interview,experts questionnaire,and logical analysis,the paper makes a sociological analysis of the main factors causing Putian athletics landslide since 1980s.The study has shown that the main factors causing Putian athletics landslide are as follows: increasing employment expectations of parents for children;the educational level and professional skill of athletes not high enough to meet the demand for employment;disappearance of the previous privileged treatment of athletes on the team,such as their urban residency and employment priority;and the imperfect present incentive mechanisms for finding,training and providing athletics talents. |
