| Abstract: | This paper first compared and distinguished the virtual operating with relative and similar concepts such as small corporation consortia,conventional cooperation,M&A,corporate group of contract model,enterprise alliance,network operating and outsourcing by the comparative method.Then this paper generalized the typical characteristics,law characteristics and definition about virtual operating. |
