| 道路施工对通行能力的影响分析 |

| 摘 要： | 随着城市化进程的加快，城市交通基础设施建设需要不断完善。建设项目施工期间要在道路上设置作业区，遂使该段道路成为城市道路的瓶颈路段，容易诱发交通事故和交通拥堵。通过研究占道施工对路段交通带来的影响，可以评价施工区交通运行特性以及服务水平，针对施工区存在的问题及道路条件、交通环境的变化提出改进措施，以便进行相应的交通疏导。文章结合实际的交通现状，给出了道路施工对道路交通能力的影响模型，并提出了改善道路通行能力的具体措施。

| Abstract: | With the development of city urbanization, city＇s transportation infrastructure needs to be improved. During construction, operation area on the roads would induce traffic accidents and traffic congestion. The impact of road con- struction on road traffic,it can evaluate the construction traffic operation characteristics and service level, to change con- struction problems and road conditions, traffic environment and puts forward the improvement measures,in order to carry out the corresponding traffic grooming. Considered the traffic situation in Langfang, models of the road construction influ- ence on road traffic were given and specific measures for traffic capacity were put forward. |
