| 摘 要： | 近年来人们对学生心理健康研究的不少，但关于学校体育对促进学生心理健康、人格发展的作用探讨得不多。文章从学校体育对学生心理健康的影响层面入手，对中学生的心理健康问题进行了研究，旨在为学校体育的发展提供一些理论依据和合理建议。

| Abstract: | There are many researches on students＇ psychological health in recent years, however there are little discus- sion on the rules of school＇ s sports to promoting students＇ psychological health and developing pe~rsonahty. This article be- gin from the lay of school＇s sports to the influence of students＇ psychological health and make a researches to the problems of schoolboy＇ s and schoolgirl＇ s psychological health, its target is supplying some theoretic gists and reasonable instances for the development of school＇ s sports. |
