| 摘 要： | 北京市科技总部新区以丰台园为核心地带。丰台园于1991年11月由北京市人民政府批准成立,1994年4月被批准为国家级高新区,1996年成为全国首批向APEC开放的科技工业园之一。从丰台区的资源禀赋和地理条件来看,农业在产业中占比越来越小,工业也在进一步压缩,而服务业,尤其是高端服务业,是丰台区尤其是总部经济区未来的发展方向。

| Abstract: | The core of the Beijing science and technology new headquarters is the Fengtai Science Park,which was authorized in November,1991 by the Beijing Municipal People＇s Government.It was authorized as a ＂National New Hi-Tech Zone＂ in 1994.It was one of the earliest Industrial Development zones that opened to the APEC.From its resources and geographical conditions,it may be seen that agriculture takes fewer and fewer shares and industry is also shrinking,while service industry,especially the high-end service industry,is the direction of its future development. |
