| Abstract: | The present situation and main problems of the journals of higher teachers institutions in China is the lack of human resources,money,the relatively low academic degrees of editorials,and the imperfect editorial system,etc.In view of this,we propose the measures of making joint efforts to publish journals with high quality,and making the best use of editorials. |
