| 摘 要： | 坚持民主思想是中国共产党强调执政能力建设的根本原因。坚持民主思想决定了中国共产党加强执政能力建设的关键是坚持“三个代表”重要思想,因为中国共产党的民本思想是“三个代表”重要思想的题中应有之义;“三个代表”重要思想深刻地揭示了中国共产党实践和实现民本思想的根本途径以及依靠力量。
