| 摘 要： | 介绍了生物分子标记技术的概念及其分类，以及在植物遗传多样研究、亲缘关系分析、数量性状的基因定位与遗传图谱构建、品种改良及分子标记辅助育种等研究中的应用与现状，提出了当前分子生物学技术在植物资源保存、繁殖、利用研究应用中存在的问题及解决途径．

| Abstract: | The application of DNA molecular marker on the research of forestry germplasm identification, population genetics, germplasms relative relation, QTL and Quantitative character location, genetic mapping and auxiliary breeding were reviewed. The main problems in application of DNA molecular marker on the reservation, evaluation and utilization in genetic resources of forestry were put forward and the possible resolutions were suggested. |
