| 摘 要： | 以工业4.0时代工匠精神的新内涵为出发点,分析这一时代工匠精神融入高校思想政治教育的必然性。指出工匠精神融入高校思想政治教育是学校、企业、社会和大学生个人多层面发展的需要,基于这一必然性提出工匠精神融入高校思想政治教育的有效路径,以丰富高校思想政治教育的内涵,提升高校思想政治教育的实践性和实效性。

| Abstract: | Taking the new connotation of the craftsman spirit in the industrial 4.0 era as the starting point,this paper analyzes the inevitability of the craftsman spirit in this era into the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.It is pointed out that the integration of craftsmanship into ideological and political education in colleges and universities is the need of multi-level development of schools,enterprises,society and college students.Based on this inevitability,this paper puts forward an effective way for the integration of craftsmans spirit into ideological and political education in colleges and universities,in order to enrich the connotation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and to improve the praciticality and effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges nd universities. |
